MyDreamShot contests are operated solely by FLYNZOID INNOVATION PVT. LTD.
MyDreamShot.com is an online platform that hosts free social and skill-based contests designed to test users' judgment, timing, and precision. Participants may join without paying any entry fee or monetary contribution of any kind.
The platform allows users to join precision-based challenges (our current contest is "Stop the Clock", with further contest types planned) purely for entertainment and social interaction. Any rewards or prizes, where offered, are sponsor-funded or promotional in nature.
The Promotion and Regulation of Online Gaming Act, 2025 defines an "Online Money Game" as, broadly, a game where a player pays a fee, deposits money, or stakes something of value in expectation of winning money or other enrichment.
MyDreamShot does not fall under that definition because:
- No monetary consideration is paid or staked by participants
- No wagering or betting occurs in any form
- Prizes, if any, are operator-funded or sponsor-funded
- The activities involve skill, timing, and precision, not chance
Therefore, MyDreamShot is not an "Online Money Game" under the Act. Registration is optional for non-monetary social games, which is the category MyDreamShot is intended to fall under.
APPROPRIATE CATEGORY: Consistent with the above and with the Prize Competitions Act, 1955 and ASCI Promotional Guidelines, MyDreamShot is positioned as: "A Free Social Skill-Based Contest Platform (Non-Monetary / Non-Wagering / Promotional in Nature)."
We operate a completely sponsor‑driven model. Users do not stake or pool money, and there is no paid tier of any kind.
No Betting/Wagering: We don't host games of chance.
No Prize Pooling: Entry to every contest is free.
Advertisement Income: Our revenue comes from ads placed by brands.
Verified Sponsors: All rewards are provided by advertisers/brand partners.
